    All orders are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing after payment is confirmed.

    Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) are processed the same day.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
    A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once dispatched.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    We ship internationally from our global warehouse. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

    Who pays? Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout.

    When are they charged? Fees are levied upon arrival in the destination country. Your carrier or customs authority will notify you if payment is required before delivery.

    What if I refuse to pay? If the parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.

    For EU customers, VAT may apply at the point of import. We recommend verifying your local regulations before placing an order.

    Common Questions

    How do I track my order?
    A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Use it on the carrier’s website or via our Order Status page.
    Will multiple items ship together?
    Depending on availability and size, orders may ship in separate parcels. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
    What if my package is delayed or lost?
    If your tracking shows no update for more than 10 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
    Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
    We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Remote or island locations may incur additional surcharges and longer delivery windows.
